What does the $599 review include?
One accepted bid package is reviewed for deadlines, mandatory meetings, submission instructions, license and DIR requirements, bid/performance/payment bonds, insurance, required forms, signatures, subcontractor listings, addenda, conflicts, missing records and prioritized next actions. Important findings include exact document and page or section references.
What counts as one bid package?
The official solicitation and the supplied instructions, forms, exhibits, attachments and addenda associated with one procurement. BidWaypoint confirms the package boundaries before payment.
Who is the current service for?
The present validation is limited to pavement-striping and marking prime contractors bidding public works in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Requests outside that scope may be declined while the process is being validated.
What should I send first?
Send the official bid link, agency, bid deadline and company name. If the official documents are not publicly accessible, BidWaypoint will explain what files are needed. Do not include confidential pricing with the initial request.
How fast is delivery?
There is no universal instant or next-day promise. Timing depends on package size, completeness, deadline and current capacity. The delivery date is confirmed before payment.
What happens if documents are missing or conflict?
The review identifies the missing record or conflicting language, cites the available sources and states who should provide written clarification. High-consequence uncertainty is not silently resolved by assumption.
Does BidWaypoint decide whether my company is legally eligible?
No. BidWaypoint organizes stated requirements and compares them with the contractor information supplied for the review. It does not provide legal, licensing, insurance, surety, labor or procurement advice and does not determine legal eligibility or responsiveness.
Does BidWaypoint estimate or prepare the bid?
No. BidWaypoint does not price work, perform takeoffs, write proposals, complete or sign official forms, submit bids or communicate as the contractor. The contractor remains responsible for its bid and all professional confirmations.
Does the review guarantee a responsive bid or award?
No. The official agency documents, addenda and written instructions control. The review is an operational readiness aid and cannot guarantee completeness, responsiveness, acceptance or award.
When do I pay?
After BidWaypoint reviews the initial request and confirms the package scope, delivery timing and payment instructions. Do not pay before the review is accepted.
How are submitted documents handled?
Submitted bid documents and contractor information are used to assess and perform the requested review. They are not sold or shared for advertising. See the Privacy Notice for additional details.
