Acceptance and engagement
Submitting a request does not create an engagement or payment obligation. A review begins only after BidWaypoint accepts the package in writing and confirms scope, delivery timing, price and payment instructions.
Service and price
The standard price is $599 for one accepted bid package. The package generally consists of the supplied solicitation, instructions, forms, exhibits, attachments and addenda for one procurement. Very large, incomplete, inaccessible or urgent packages may require different timing or may be declined.
Nature of the review
BidWaypoint provides an operational bid-readiness review based on the documents and contractor facts supplied. The review may organize deadlines, submission instructions, license and DIR requirements, bonds, insurance, forms, subcontractor listings, addenda, conflicts, missing records and next actions. Important findings are tied to document pages or sections where reasonably available.
Client responsibilities
- Provide the complete official package and all known addenda.
- Provide accurate contractor facts used for comparison.
- Monitor the agency source for changes after materials are supplied.
- Obtain professional or agency confirmation where the review identifies uncertainty.
- Independently verify and approve every bid submission.
Important limitations
BidWaypoint does not estimate costs, perform takeoffs, write proposals, provide legal opinions, give licensing, insurance, surety, labor or procurement advice, complete official forms, submit bids, determine legal eligibility, or guarantee responsiveness, acceptance or award.
Controlling documents
The official agency solicitation, addenda and written instructions control. If a BidWaypoint review differs from an official source, the official source controls and the contractor must obtain appropriate clarification.
Delivery and changes
The expected delivery time is stated in writing before payment. Later addenda, corrected documents, scope changes or missing materials may affect timing and may require a separate agreement.
Cancellation and refunds
Any cancellation or refund terms applicable to an accepted package will be provided in writing before payment. Do not submit payment until those engagement details have been confirmed.
Demonstration material
Published samples use closed public solicitations and fictional contractor facts unless clearly stated otherwise. Demonstrations illustrate the report format and do not promise an identical number of pages or findings for every package.
No guarantee of completeness
Bid packages can change and may contain omissions, inaccessible files or agency-controlled information unavailable to BidWaypoint. The contractor remains responsible for the final bid and all confirmations. Use of the service does not transfer that responsibility.
Privacy
Information handling is described in the Privacy Notice.
